From the Poet Board: Searching

Searching, by Oroan

You wield a smile of sweetness, and but a face of stone.
Though behind those kind eyes lie a world of pain, something you truly cannot hide.
I can read you like a book, through your skin and bones.
Your body tells one story but your soul tells another.
Across the stars you gaze, searching for your lover whom which someday you may find.
Through the turmoil you may fare, keep me on your mind.
